Squarekanal is a global real estate firm mainly focused on selling residential and retail properties from Dubai.
CHALLENGE
SquareKanal is established in 5 countries and due to the large scale of their operations, there was very little coordination between the different offices, Also, the lead distribution was done manually which often resulted in the same lead being contacted by multiple agents. As a result, they were not able to identify and target the potential clients at different stages of the buying cycle and were thus losing many potential clients resulting in lost revenue.
APPROACH
Optimized the overall marketing strategy with main focus on revamping the online Ads to be more attractive and informative. Fine tuned the ads for different audiences and increased brand awareness through carefully curated posts of all developers the SquareKanal was working with, thus highlighting their inventory for greater audience. Setup an online CRM that aligned the lead generation and allocation process, enabling SquareKanal to engage with their potential clients at different stages of the marketing funnel and helped co-ordinate the different offices across the globe as well. We created filters so that SquareKanal would be able to understand their each potential client completely and thus guide them across to the finish line to a sale.
